大型发电机励磁系统碳化硅灭磁电阻特性试验研究

【摘要】 根据某600MW发电机碳化硅灭磁电阻备品进行试验获得的均流特性、均能特性、伏安特性和温度特性,得到了碳化硅灭磁电阻温度与冲击能量的关系,对负温度特性的影响、极限能量冲击的影响、碳化硅灭磁电阻的薄弱环节提出了看法,对控制碳化硅灭磁电阻制造质量和安全使用提出了建议。

【Abstract】 The current, energy and V-A characteristics of SiC de-excitation resistance for 600 MW generator were provided. The relation between the maximum surface temperature and consumed energy of SiC resistance was presented based on these characteristics that got from a lot of experiments. Opinions about the effect of the negative temperature characteristic and maximum energy test were also presented. At the end, the suggestions were given for the quality control and application security of SiC resistance.
