电力需求影响因素的解释结构模型分析

【摘要】 电力需求的变化不仅受到电力系统内部因素的影响,而且还受到宏观经济、自然环境、人口以及与电力相关的上下游行业关系的影响,各因素之间的关系错综复杂。运用系统工程的方法分析了与电力需求变化有关的各种因素及其影响关系,建立了电力影响因素的意识模型。利用解释结构模型分析电力需求影响因素之间的递阶层次关系,总结了影响电力需求变化的深层原因、浅层原因和表层原因,理顺了各个因素之间的关系。分析表明经济发展是影响电力需求的深层原因,经济发展的阶段和形势是电力需求增长变化的根本动因。

【Abstract】 Electricity demand is not only influenced by factors of power system, but economy, environment, and upstream-downstream industries of power system.The factors were analyzed by using system engineering method, and the cognitional model of factors was established.The hierarchical relationships of the factors were established based on interpretative structural modeling(ISM).Surface, shallow and deep reasons of influencing electricity demand were found out.The analysis shows that economy is deep reason of influencing electricity demand, and stage and situation of economy development are basic reasons of electricity demand growth change.
