【摘要】 目的应用超声心动图评价自体心包条二尖瓣环成形术的早、近期疗效。方法应用超声心动图对33例行二尖瓣环成形术的患者进行术后即刻(17例)、术后1周(33例)、术后3个月(18例)的疗效观察,并与术前超声结果相比较,评价成形术效果。结果术后二尖瓣反流程度明显减轻(P<0.05);术后左心房、左心室内径明显缩小(P<0.05);术后1周左室射血分数略减低(P<0.05),术后3个月左室射血分数较术后1周明显提高(P<0.05);术后即刻、术后1周、术后3个月二尖瓣环成形术效果比较未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论超声心动图实时直观、简便易行,可作为评价自体心包条二尖瓣环成形术首选的检查方法,且瓣环成形术早、近期疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the early and recent curative effects of mitral annuloplasty with autologous pericardial strip by Echocardiography.Methods Thirty-three patients who underwent mitral annuloplasty with autologous pericardial strip were observed postoperatively instantly(n=17),1 week(n=33),3 months(n=18) and compared with the preoperative echocardiographic results.The curative effects of mitral annuloplasty were evaluated.Results The grade of mitral regurgitation decreased significantly postoperatively(P<0.05).A significant reduction in left atrial and ventricular diameter appeared postoperatively(P<0.05).A slight reduction in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) appeared 1 week postoperatively(P<0.05).A significant improvement in LVEF 3 months postoperatively appeared campared to that 1 week postoperatively(P<0.05).No remarkable differences appeared on the curative effects of mitral annuloplasty among instant postoperation,1 week postoperation and 3 months postoperation(all P>0.05).Conclusions Echocardiography is real-time,direct-viewing,simple and can be the preferred examination for evaluating the mitral annuloplasty with autologous pericardial strip.The early and recent curative effects of annuloplasty are satisfactory.更多还原
