【摘要】 目的了解黑龙江省卫生资源配置的现状,分析卫生资源配置存在的问题。方法通过对卫生人力、床位、大型医疗设备、卫生费用等资源的分析,了解黑龙江省卫生资源配置的布局、结构以及配置的效率。结果黑龙江省卫生资源规模不断增加;政府对农村和社区的卫生投入逐年增加;卫生资源配置的布局和结构仍不均衡;卫生人力资源素质有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To know the status of health resources collocating of Heilongjiang Province, and analyze the issues of allocating health care resources. METHOD Describing the distribution, structure, and efficiency of health resources in Heilongjiang Province in terms of health human resource, bed, large medical equipment and health expenditure. RESULT the scale of health resources and the input from government to rural area and community health centers increased year by year; the distribution and structure are still imbalance; the quality of health human resource should be advanced in Heilongjiang Province.更多还原
