【摘要】 目的评价异丙酚联合曲马多静脉全麻用于人工流产的效果。方法将400例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、妊娠1～2个月的妇女,随机分成用药组和对照组,每组各200例。用药组静注曲马多1mg/kg及异丙酚1.5mg/kg诱导,术中每50s静注异丙酚0.1～0.3mg/kg维持麻醉,观察术前、术中及术后BP(血压)、HR(心率)、SPO2(血氧饱和度)变化及副作用,并与对照组进行比较。结果两组BP、HR、SPO2术中均有降低,术后很快恢复至术前水平。用药组血压下降、心率减慢、恶心呕吐等不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论异丙酚联合曲马多用于人工流产手术麻醉效果确切,不良反应少,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of propofol with tramadol anesthesia in induced abortion. METHODS 400 ASAⅠ～Ⅱ pregant women in 1～2 months undergoing inducde abortion received intravenous anesthesian with propofol and tramadol(group I)or without anesthesia (group Ⅱ) .Group I was administrated tramadol 1 mg/kg with propofol 1.5 mg/kg. During operation, propofol 0.1～0.3 mg/kg was administrated per-fifty seconds.BP、 HR、 SPO2 were measured at following points:before operation,during operation and after operation.Compared between both groups. RESULTS Compared with before operation, BP、 HR、 SPO2 in both groups were decreased during operation. After operation, BP、 HR、 SPO2 in both groups restored to the lever of before operation.BP、 HR、 side effects in group Ⅱ were significantly decreased as compared with that of groupⅠ (P<0.01) . CONCLUSIONS Propofol with tramadol for induced abortion at anesthesia is highly effective. It reduces side effects, is a safe and effective anesthesia method for these pregant women.更多还原
