【摘要】 目的了解在上海地区长途货运卡车(简称长卡)停车场内长卡司机艾滋病自愿免费咨询检测(VCT)使用效果。方法在长卡停车场内设立VCT工作室,对主动接受VCT服务的长卡司机进行问卷调查。以VCT为平台,开展多种艾滋病性病预防干预措施。结果有455名长卡司机主动自愿接受VCT服务,没有检测出HIV阳性,有4例梅毒RPR阳性。绝大多数人知晓HIV经血、性、母婴3个传播途径。有38.9%的长卡司机自述近1年与暗娼发生性行为,其中相当部分人不能坚持使用安全套。214名长卡司机(47.0%)之前从未听说过VCT,在之前听说过VCT的241人中有49.0%不知道当地的疾病预防控制中心可以提供VCT服务。86.1%的长卡司机觉得自己没有感染艾滋病的可能。结论长卡司机中对感染艾滋病风险意识淡薄,该流动群体中嫖娼行为普遍,安全套使用率仍有待提高,自愿接受VCT的长卡司机中HIV感染率低。在长卡停车场内设立VC点,同时开展各种预防艾滋病性病宣传干预活动是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the utilization of on-site voluntary counseling testing(VCT)at a parking lot by long-distance truck drivers in Shanghai.METHOD A VCT clinic was established in a major parking lot for long-distance truck drivers in Shanghai,not only for providing on-site HIV counseling and testing,but also for promoting HIV prevention and interventions.A face to face questionnaire interview was administered to VCT clinic attendants.RESULTS A total of 455 drivers accepted the VCT service.None of them was HIV positive and four of them were positive for syphilis RPR.Most of themrealized the three main routes of HIV transmission(blood,sexual contact and mother to child).38.9% of the VCT attendants reported having had commercial sex with sex workers.214 drivers had never heard of VCT before.Among those having heard of VCT before,49.0%(118/241)did not know the availability of VCT in local centers for disease control and prevention(CDC).86.1% of drivers thought they had no risk of getting HIV infection.CONCLUSION The awareness of HIV infection among long-distance truck drivers was low.Commercial sex was prevalent among this mobile population.Condom use was relatively low.The prevalence of HIV infection among long-distance truck drivers attending the VCT clinic was low.It is feasible to promote HIV prevention and intervention through establishing a VCT clinic at the parking lot.更多还原
