【摘要】 目的研究新型农村合作医疗制度的运行现状,分析取得的成绩与存在的不足,并提出针对性的建议。方法对浙江省桐乡市、开化县、绍兴县、淳安县、泰顺县5个县(市)新型农村合作医疗制度的运行情况开展定性与定量相结合的调查研究。结果2005年5个样本县(市)合计参合率为88.15%,人均筹资50.88元,合计费用补偿率在20.00%左右;实施新型农村合作医疗制度以来,5个样本县(市)贫困户中因病致贫比率从2003年的51.82%降低为41.61%。结论新型农村合作医疗总体运行效果良好,在一定程度上缓解了因病致贫现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the present status of new rural cooperative medical system and to make suggestions.METHODS Qualitative and quantitative investigations were carried out in 5 sample counties.RESULTS The total rate of coverage of 5 sample counties was 88.15% in 2005,and the average fund was 50.88 Yuan.The total compensation rate was round 20.00%.The rate of poverty caused by diseases of 2005(41.61%) was less than that of 2003(51.82%).CONCLUSION The new rural cooperative medical system is effective to decrease the rate of poverty caused by diseases.更多还原
