【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌及癌前疾病中热休克蛋白27(heat shock protein 27,HSP27)的表达及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的情况,并研究两者之间的关系。方法选取经病理证实的慢性浅表性胃炎、胃溃疡、慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃癌4种不同胃黏膜病变的标本140例,用免疫组化法检测标本中HSP27的表达及Hp感染情况,并分析HSP27的表达与Hp关系。结果在慢性浅表性胃炎、胃溃疡、慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃癌组织中,HSP27的表达率(44.0%、60.0%、74.3%、94.0%)和Hp感染率(24.0%、43.3%、51.4%、72.0%)依次逐渐增加。胃癌中Hp阳性组HSP27的表达率高于阴性组(100.0%vs78.6%,P<0.05),HSP27的表达率与Hp感染之间呈正相关(r=0.526,P<0.05)。结论HSP27和Hp与肿瘤的发生密切相关,检测HSP27及Hp可为胃癌诊断、预后判断和治疗指导提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and the infection of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in gastric cancer and precancerous disease and investigate their association.Methods The expression of HSP27 and the Hp infection were studied by immunohistochemical methods in 140 gastric specimens including 25 chronic superficial gastritis (CSG),30 gastric ulcers (GU),35 chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and 50 gastric cancer (GC).The expression of HSP27 and Hp infection rates in gastric cancer and precancerous disease were observed,and their correlation was analyzed.Results In CSG,GU,CAG and GC,the positive rates of HSP27 expression and Hp infection were all increased in turn.The expression of HSP27 in Hp positive group of 50 GC was significantly higher than that in negative group.The expression of HSP27 was positively correlated with the infection of Hp (r=0.526,P<0.05).Conclusions The HSP27 and Hp may paly important roles in carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma,and Hp infection is concerned with expression of HSP.The detection of HSP27 and Hp can provide theoretical basis for diagnosing,evaluating prognosis and conducting cure of gastric cancer.更多还原
