【摘要】 目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值,以及对动脉瘤夹闭术后评价的价值。方法回顾性分析25例临床拟诊为颅内动脉瘤的临床资料,患者均进行了64层CTA检查,其中21例行手术治疗,术后再行CTA复查,比较两次CTA结果,评价动脉瘤夹闭情况。结果在25例患者中64层螺旋CTA共发现21例25个动脉瘤,CTA可清楚显示动脉瘤位置、大小、形态及与周围结构的关系,与手术所见一致(符合率100%)。动脉瘤夹闭术后CTA能够清楚显示动脉瘤体消失,显示载瘤动脉与动脉瘤夹之间关系及动脉瘤夹的数量和位置。结论64层螺旋CTA在诊断颅内动脉瘤及动脉瘤术后随访中具有重要临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the values of 64-slice CT angiography(CTA) in the diagnosis and postoperative followup of intracranial aneurysms after clip.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients suggested intracranial aneurysm by clinical features and their 64-slice CTA perfermonce were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-one patients who had been treated with clip were underwent both preoperative and postoperative CTA to evaluate aneurysm clipping.Results 64-slice CTA found 25 aneurysms of 21 in 25 patients and could clearly reveal the location,size,shape and the relation with surrounding structure of aneurysms,and it was uniformity with operation result(coincidence rate 100%).The CTA of 21 postoperative patients could clearly reveal the occlusion of the aneurysm,the relationship between the parent vessel and aneurysm clips,the quantity and location of aneurysm clips.Conclusions 64-Slice CTA have important values in the diagnosis and postoperative followup of intracranial aneurysm.更多还原
