黄花苜蓿种质发芽及早期生长对NaCl胁迫的响应

【摘要】 选取俄罗斯、蒙古国、中国3个地域的7份黄花苜蓿种质,比较其在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下(0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%、1.25%、1.50%)发芽及早期幼苗生长特性。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度增加所有种质的发芽率、发芽速度及早期幼苗的胚根、胚轴长都显著降低;盐分解除后,未萌发的种子可迅速萌发,但种质间有差异;综合比较,俄罗斯的秋柳、雅酷、达菲耐盐性最强,蒙古国种质次之,我国的锡盟、呼盟、新疆种质对盐最敏感。

【Abstract】 Seven accessions of Medicago falcata L.were collected from Russia,Mongolia and China and seed germination and early seedling growth characteristics of them under NaCl stress(0,0.25%,0.50%,0.75%,1.00%,1.25%,1.50%) were studied.The results indicated that the germination percentage,germination rate and the length of radicles and hypocotyls were all decreased as the NaCl concentration increased.The un-germinated seeds can germinate after transferred to distilled water,but the responses were different among germplasms.In conclusion,the germplasms from Russia were the most tolerant to NaCl,followed by the germplasm from Mongolia,the germplasms from China were the most sensitive to NaCl.
