五种硅酸盐细菌对高羊茅抗旱性的影响

【摘要】 采用盆栽法,观测高羊茅经5种硅酸盐细菌菌液处理后的抗旱性能。结果显示,在相同的干旱胁迫下,经菌株BM5和VKPM7517的菌液处理后的高羊茅叶片相对含水量较高,叶片游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、相对电导率及根冠比较低,显示其受旱程度较弱。表明硅酸盐细菌BM5和VKPM7517可在一定程度上缓解高羊茅所受的干旱胁迫,提高高羊茅的抗旱性。

【Abstract】 The potted experiment was conducted to study the drought-resistant of Festuca arundinacea,which was treated with 5 kinds of silicate bacteria solutions.Under the same drought stress condition,leaf RWC was higher,free proline,soluble sugar,leaf relative conductivity and root-canopy ratio were lower when the Festuca arundinacea was treated with BM5 and VKPM7517 bacteria solutions,suggesting that drought resistances of Festuca arundinacea were improved when treated with silicate bacteria solutions of BM5 and VKPM7517 to a certain extent.
