【摘要】 目的腔镜食管手术开展已十多年了,但2005年版ICD-9-CM-3基本上还没有对其手术进行编码,因此有必要对腔镜食管手术的ICD-9-CM-3编码进行探讨和研究。方法以ICD-9-CM-3(2005年版)、ICD-9-CM-3(1987年修订本)为工具书,根据手术分类编码原则对腔镜食管手术进行ICD-9-CM-3编码。结果在查找腔镜食管手术编码的过程中,发现有的手术编码需技术辨别,有的需重新查找主导词,还有待新版ICD-9-CM-3的进一步完善。结论电视辅助胸腔镜外科(video-assisted thoracic surgery,VATS)发展迅速,食管疾病VATS手术治疗也已开展多年,但2005年版ICD-9-CM-3基本上没有食管疾病VATS的手术编码,因此,我们需根据手术编码查找原则、方法、步骤进行扩展码。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Although the operation of esophagus with video-assisted thoracoscopic ’surgery (VATS) has developed for more than ten years, there is still no correspondihg code in ICD-9-CM-3( 2005 year edition). It is necessary to study how to code the VATS esophageal surgery based on ICD-9-CM-3. Method Based on the principles of classification of surgery in ICD-9-CM-3 (2005 year edition) and ICD-9-CM-3(revised edition 1982), we coded the operation of esophagus with VATS. Result During the searching process, we found that some codes of the surgery procedures needed to be distinguished; some needed a new lead term, some needed to be further improved in new edition ICD-9-CM-3. Conclusions The development of VATS is rapid, and the operation with VATS has developed for several years, but there is not any corresponding code in ICD-9-CM-3 (2005 year edition) . So we need to extend the codes based on the principles, methods and steps of coding.更多还原
