【摘要】 目的:了解预防艾滋病母婴传播监测评估工作现状和需求。方法:对80名云南省省级、16个州(市)、29个县卫生局、妇幼保健院预防艾滋病母婴传播管理、业务和信息人员进行问卷调查;对9名省、州、县预防艾滋病母婴传播专家进行深入访谈。结果:被调查者对预防艾滋病母婴传播监测评估工作熟悉程度明显不如对预防艾滋病母婴传播工作的熟悉程度,对预防艾滋病母婴传播指标能全面掌握的仅占23.75%,95.78%的人员认为建立预防艾滋病母婴传播监测评估体系十分重要,建立预防艾滋病母婴传播监测评估体系时要考虑适用性、可持续性和可操作性。结论:建立适宜于省、市(州)、县(区)级使用的预防艾滋病母婴传播监测评估体系十分重要和必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the monitoring and evaluation status and demand analysis of preventing maternal-neonatal transmission of HIV in Yunnan.Methods:80 working staff engaged in management,business and information of HIV maternal-neonatal transmission from health authorities and maternal and child care service centers in 16 prefectures(cities) and 29 counties in Yunnan province were surveyed by a questionnaire,and nine experts were interviewed deeply.Results:The respondents/interviewees had more knowledge on preventing HIV maternal-neonatal transmission than understanding on monitoring and evaluation of this assignment,and the personnel proficient in indexes of preventing HIV maternal-neonatal transmission accounted for 23.75%.About 95.78% of the interviewees considered the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system for preventing HIV mother-to-child transmission important with applicability,sustainability and operability.Conclusion:It is crucial to set up the appropriate monitoring and evaluation system of HIV maternal-neonatal transmission prevention in provincial,municipal(prefectural) and county(district) level.更多还原
