【摘要】 目的:了解母亲孕期感染弓形虫的妊娠结局及出生活婴的体格、智力发育情况。方法:孕妇按静脉血弓形虫IgM或CAg阳性/阴性分感染组和非感染组,将小儿按脐血弓形虫检测结果分组,观察发育情况。结果:母亲感染组异常妊娠结局高于正常非感染组;孕期感染弓形虫出生子代发育受到明显影响,体重、智力显著降低,但对身高无明显影响。结论:孕期感染弓形虫可以透过胎盘将病原体传给子代,母亲孕期感染弓形虫不仅脐血阳性子代发育指标明显降低,脐血阴性者也低于非感染组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the effect of toxoplasma gondii infection during pregnancy on pregnant outcomes,physical and intellectual development of live-born infants.Methods:The pregmant women and infants were divided into infected group and uninfected group according to their blood results of toxoplasma gondii IgM or CAg,the physical and intellectual development of live-born infants were observed.Results:The incidence of abnormal pregnancy in infected group was higher than that in uninfected group;toxoplasma gondii infection had obvious impact on live-born infants,physical and intellectual development of live-born infants were affected obviously excluding body height.Conclusion:Toxoplasma gondii can be transmitted to descendants by cord blood,and physical and intellectual development of their infants are low.更多还原
