【摘要】 目的:观察果糖二磷酸钠治疗病毒性脑炎合并心肌损害的临床疗效。方法:对符合病毒性脑炎诊断标准并且合并心肌损害的病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用利巴韦林、甘露醇、能量合剂、地塞米松等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用果糖二磷酸钠,通过观察心肌酶的恢复时间判断疗效。结果:治疗组显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:果糖二磷酸钠治疗病毒性脑炎合并心肌损害疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of fructose diphosphate sodium on myocardial damages combined with viral encephalitis.Methods:Patients conforming to diagnostic criteria of viral encephalitis and combined with myocardial damages were divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in control group were given conventional therapy,while patients in treatment group were given conventional therapy plus fructose diphosphate sodium.The therapeutic effects of two groups were judged by recovery time of myocardial enzymes.Results:The effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Fructose diphosphate sodium is effective in treatment of myocardial damages combined with viral encephalitis.更多还原
