【摘要】 目的:结合临床病理学特征探讨Survivin、PR在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例子宫内膜癌、34例癌旁组织和20例正常子宫内膜标本中Survivin、PR蛋白的表达情况。结果:①Survivin蛋白在子宫内膜癌组的阳性表达率为65.0%,显著高于正常内膜组5.0%及癌旁组织组8.8%(P<0.001)。②PR在内膜癌组的阳性表达率为48.3%,显著低于正常子宫内膜组100%及癌旁组织组85.3%(P<0.001),且从正常子宫内膜→癌旁组织→子宫内膜癌组织PR的过表达率呈下降趋势。③随着晚手术病理分期、组织学低分化、深肌层浸润及发生淋巴结转移Survivin表达增高,PR呈低表达(P<0.05)。④PR与Survivin在内膜癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.479,P<0.001)。结论:Survivin、PR在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用,联合检测Survivin、PR在子宫内膜癌中的表达有助于临床协助诊断、指导治疗和判断预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Combined with clinical pathological characteristics,to explore the expression levels of survivin and progesterone receptor(PR) in endometrial carcinoma and their correlation.Methods:The expression levels of survivin and PR of 60 samples of endometrial carcinoma,34 samples of paracarcinoma and 20 samples of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:①The positive rate of survivin in endometrial carcinoma(65.0%) was significantly higher than those in paracarcinoma(8.8%) and normal endometrium(5.0%)(P<0.001).②The positive rate of PR in endometrial carcinoma(48.3%) was significantly lower than those in paracarcinoma(85.3%) and normal endometrium(100.0%)(P<0.001),and a descending trend was found in over-expression rate of PR from normal endometrium to paracarcinoma to endometrial carcinoma.③The high expression level of survivin and low expression level of PR were related to late surgical-pathological stage,poor histological differentiated and deep myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).④There was negative correlation between survivin and PR expression in endometrial carcinoma(γ=-0.479,P<0.001).Conclusion:Survivin and PR play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma,and joint detection of survivin and PR in endometrial carcinoma contributes to clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.更多还原
