【摘要】 目的:探讨内障丸对多囊卵巢大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的影响。方法:将60只24日龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为内障丸低剂量组、内障丸中剂量组、内障丸高剂量组、36日模型组、67日模型组和正常对照组。从36日造模成功后开始给药,连续30天。采用TUNEL法检测各组大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞的凋亡情况。结果:内障丸高剂量组大鼠与67日模型组相比卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡明显减少。结论:内障丸可抑制多囊卵巢大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡,改善卵巢功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Neizhang pill on apoptosis of granulose cells of polycystic ovary in rats.Methods:60 female SD rats were divided into 6 groups randomly:Neizhang pill low dose group,Neizhang pill middle dose group,Neizhang pill high dose group,36 days’ model group,67 days’ model group and control group.Therapy began after all the 36 days’ models were established,and lasted for 30 days,the apoptosis of granulose cells was detected by TUNEL labeling.Results:The apoptosis of granulose cells in Neizhang pill high dose group was significantly lower than that in 67 days’ model group.Conclusion:Neizhang pill can inhibit the apoptosis of ovarian granular cells,improve ovarian function.更多还原
