【摘要】 目的:探讨晚期妊娠孕妇的心理状态与分娩方式选择的关系,为做好产前心理支持和接产提供准备。方法:采用W illiam WK Zung自评量表(SAS)及自制的与分娩方式相关因素问卷,对150例无剖宫产指征及有妊娠合并症的晚期妊娠孕妇的心理状态进行调查分析。将SAS评分结果与常模比较,以高于常模者(存在焦虑)的28例为观察组,低于常模者(无焦虑)的122例为对照组,观察两组的分娩方式。结果:焦虑发生率为18.70%,焦虑评分44.25±1.17,与对照组焦虑评分39.22±1.64相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。阴道自然分娩及剖宫产观察组分别为12例和16例,对照组分别为91例和31例,两组分娩方式比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:晚期妊娠孕妇存在心理焦虑状态,而焦虑状态可增加剖宫产率。因此,对晚期妊娠孕妇提供心理支持,加强孕期健康教育工作,缓解焦虑情绪,使其处于正常的心理状态,促进阴道自然分娩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological state of women in late trimester of pregnancy and delivery modes,provide for prenatal psychological support and midwifery.Methods:Psychological state of 150 women in late trimester of pregnancy combined with pregnant complications without caesarean section indications were surveyed by William WK Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and a self-designed questionnaire about childbirth mode relative factors,then they were divided into observation group(28 cases) and control group(122 cases) according to SAS scores,the delivery modes of two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of anxiety was 18.7%,there was significant difference in the anxiety score between observation group(44.25±1.17) and control group(39.22±1.64)(P<0.001).In observation group,the amounts of women adopting natural childbirth and caesarean section were 12 and 16,while in control group,the amounts were 91 and 31,there was significant difference in delivery modes between two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion:Women in late trimester of pregnancy has anxious problems,which may increase the caesarean section rate.Therefore,psychological support and gestation health education may alleviate anxious mood and promote them to adopt natural childbirth.更多还原
