【摘要】 目的:通过检测子宫内膜异位症患者整合素ανβ3的表达,探讨它在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测20例异位内膜组织、在位内膜组织中整合素ανβ3的表达,并和20例正常子宫内膜组织作对照。结果:异位内膜组、在位内膜组整合素ανβ3的表达分别与对照组比较显著增高(P<0.05),异位内膜与在位内膜相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:整合素ανβ3的异常表达可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中起重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of ανβ3 integrin in serum in patients with endometriosis,explore the role of ανβ3 integrin in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.Methods:The expression of ανβ3 integrin was detected by using SP immunohistochemical technique in 20 specimens of ectopic endometrium and 20 specimens of eutopic endometrium from the patients with endometriosis and 20 specimens of normal endometrium from women without endometriosis.Results:The expression levels of ανβ3 integrin in ectopic and eutopic endometrium were significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium(P<0.05).Compared with eutopic endimetrium,the expression of ανβ3 integrin in ectopic endometrium showed no signficance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of ανβ3 integrin in ectopic endometrium may be related to the occurrence and development of endometriosis.更多还原
