【摘要】 目的:了解当前喂养决策者的喂养方式与行为及营养知识的掌握情况,大力开展有针对性的健康教育。方法:2008年1～3月为来广州市妇婴医院儿童保健门诊做定期保健的小儿家长随机发放"家庭喂养行为"问卷,回收有效问卷544份。结果:能正确掌握喂养方法与喂养决策者的文化程度有关;由于缺乏系统的科学育儿教育,仍存在一些喂养"问题";家长最希望得到育儿知识的途径是向儿童保健医生询问;最关注的是小儿的健康情况、智力发育及营养状况。结论:小儿的营养投入取决于喂养决策者的喂养行为和营养知识水平,必须利用各种渠道提高家长和喂养决策者的喂养知识水平,使他们能够掌握正确的喂养方式和行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the feeding ways,feeding behaviours and familiarity of nutrition knowledge of feeding decision makers towards baby feeding,conduct targeted health education for feeding decision makers.Methods:544 feeding decision makers were surveyed from January to March, 2008, by a questionnaire about family feeding behaviours.Results:family feeding behaviours were affected by the educational level of feeding decision makers;there were some feeding problems due to the lack of relevant education system; to consult foster knowledge with doctors of children health care directly was the most popular way chosen by paterfamilias; health situation, intelligent growth and nutrition status were the most important problems to be concerned.Conclusion:The nutrition consumption is dependent on the feeding behaviours and nutrition knowledge of feeding decision makers,thus,the nutrition knowledge of feeding decision makers should be improved through various ways.更多还原
