【摘要】 目的:探讨HC2-HPV-DNA在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中的预测价值。方法:应用杂交捕获法HC2-HPV-DNA对432例患者作13种高危型HPV检测,并通过阴道镜对可疑病灶多点活检。结果:432例患者中HC2-HPV-DNA阳性者223例(51.6%),阴性者209例(48.3%);病理活检慢性炎症81例,宫颈癌及癌前病变162例;HPV阳性患者的宫颈癌及癌前病变为52%。结论:利用HC2-HPV-DNA检测13种高危型HPV,有针对性地进行活组织病理检查,有效地指导临床,是诊断宫颈癌及癌前病变的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the estimation of HC2-HPV-DNA in the cancer of the cervix and the lesion precancerous.Methods:Hybrid capture HC2-HPV-DNA was used to determine the 13 high-risk of human papillomavirus(HPV) in 432 women.The multiple punch biopsy was examined by colposcope in the doubtful cervical tissues.Results:The positive of HC2-HPV-DNA was 51.6%(223/432),the negative of HC2-HPV-DNA was 48.4%(209/432);the chronic inflammation were 18.8%(81/432),the cancer of the cervix and the lesion precancerous were 37.5%(162/432);the cancer of the cervix and the lesion precancerous was 39.0% in the positive of HPV.Conclusion:Hybrid capture HC2-HPV-DNA can detect the 13 high-risk HPV.It’s a important method to diagnose the cervix and the lesion precancerous with the pathology biopsy.更多还原
