【摘要】 目的:观察应用卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)技术治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果。方法:在自然周期中取出未成熟卵母细胞进行体外培养成熟后行单精子胞浆注射,受精后取优质胚胎移植入宫腔。结果:7例患者进行细胞7个IVM治疗周期,共获得未成熟卵细胞51个,平均每个周期7.29个。共培养成熟37个卵子成熟率72.55%,受精率86.49%,卵裂率68.75%。7个移植周期,3例妊娠,总周期妊娠率42.86%,总种植率26.67%。2例已分娩,出生2个正常男婴。结论:在自然周期中获得未成熟卵母细胞体外培养成熟后治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of human immatured oocytes in vitro maturation on infertile women with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Immature oocytcs were cultured in vitro,then inseminated by intra cytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer were performed.Results:51 immature oocytcs were obtained from 7 patients with PCOS,37 matured oocytes were cultured,the rate of maturity was 72.55%.The fertilized rate and cleaver rate were 86.49% and 68.75%,respectively.3 pregnancies were established,pregnant rate was 42.86% per cycle,the total implantation rate was 26.67%.Conclusion:In vitro maturation is an effective method for the infertile women with PCOS.更多还原
