【摘要】 目的:探讨染色体核型异常与生育异常的关系。方法:对2004年5月～2008年5月到吉林省生殖医学研究所临床基地进行遗传咨询的2 485例患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养和染色体核型分析。结果:2 485例患者中,染色体核型异常患者257例,异常率为10.34%。在染色体异常核型中,性染色体异常154例,占59.92%;常染色体异常103例,占40.08%。结论:生育异常与染色体核型异常有着密切的关系,对生育异常患者进行染色体核型分析,有利于临床诊断,也可为遗传咨询提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between abnormal karyotypes and abnormal fertility.Methods:2 485 genetic counseling patients in the Institute for Reproductive Medicine of Jilin province were investigated from May 2004 to May 2008,whose peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured and the abnormal karyotypes were analyzed.Results:257 cases(10.34%) of abnormal karyotypes were found in 2 485 patients,including 154 cases(59.92%) of sex chromosome abnormalities and 103 cases(40.08%) of euchromosome abnormalities.Conclusion:Abnormal karyotype is closely related to abnormal fertility,karyotype analysis is conducive to clinical diagnosis,also provides the basis for genetic counseling.更多还原
