【摘要】 目的:探讨先天性多拇畸形的治疗方法。方法:对35例先天性多拇畸形的患者进行手术,通过皮肤切口的设计、骨骼支架的建立、关节的修复、拇外展功能的重建等方面的治疗。结果:35例患者术后进行3个月至2年的随访,拇指的外形及功能均取得满意的效果。结论:先天性多拇畸形临床治疗需选择适当手术时机,从切口设计、骨骼支架的建立、关节的修复、拇外展功能的重建等方面综合考虑才能取得较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment for congenital polydactyly of the thumb.Methods:35 cases with congenital polydactyly of the thumb were applied to the operation which included the procedures of incision design,bone reconstruction,joint repair,thumb-abduction reconstruction.Results:35 cases were followed up for 3 months to 2 years,successful appearances and functions of thumbs were achieved.Conclusion:The appropriate operation time and all of the procedures including the incision design,bone construction,joint repair,thumb-abdnction reconstruction should be considered.更多还原
