【摘要】 目的:探讨泳疗对足月小样儿生长发育的影响。方法:将90例胎龄为37～40周,2 000 g≤体重<2 500 g,Apgar评分8～10分的足月小样儿随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组的足月小样儿出生当天进行泳疗,对照组进行单纯淋浴。比较两组新生儿1周内体重的变化和28天新生儿神经发育指标。结果:观察组1周内生理性体重恢复的速率快于对照组,新生儿神经行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泳疗对足月小样儿早期体格和神经系统发育有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of swimming therapy on early growth and development of small for gestational age infants(SGAI).Methods:90 case of SGAI,37～40 gestational weeks,2 000～2 500 g and Apgar score of 8 to 10,were divided into two groups.SGAI in observing group began swimming therapy from the first day after birth,while the SGAI in cotrol group were only received routine bath.The change of body weight in the first week and the score of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment on the twenty-eighth day after birth were recorded and compared between observing group and control group.Results:Swimming therapy advanced the weight recovery after the period of physiological weight drop;the score of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment in observing group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swimming therapy promotes the growth and development of TSGA.更多还原
