【摘要】 目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效和不良反应。方法:观察40例子宫腺肌病患者放置LNG-IUS前、放置后第3个月、6个月、12个月痛经评分、PBAC法经量评分的变化和存在的不良反应。结果:自放置LNG-IUS第3个月起痛经、经量评分较自身放置前显著下降(P<0.01);40例患者术前有27例存在不同程度焦虑情绪,但无1例因不良反应自行终止。结论:LNG-IUS治疗子宫腺肌病安全有效,是一种较好的保守治疗手段;应帮助患者渡过早期阴道流血等副反应,提高患者的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect and adverse reaction of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) on adenomyosis.Methods:The scores of dysmenorrhea and menstrual blood loss by PBAC of 40 cases with adenomyosis were detected before and 3,6,12 months later after placement of LNG-IUS.Results:The scores of dysmenorrhea and menstrual blood loss by PBAC on 3 months after placement of LNG-IUS were lower than those before placement (P<0.01);27 cases were with varying degrees of anxiety before placement,but no case broke off the treatment.Conclusion:LNG-IUS is an effective,safe and conservative method for adenomyosis;sufficient education may enhance the compliance of patient.更多还原
