【摘要】 目的:了解甘南藏区已婚育龄妇女生殖道自觉感染症状及感染现状,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法对研究对象进行问卷调查和妇科检查。结果:75.27%的妇女平时有生殖道自觉感染症状,其中去就医的比例仅为39.71%。无症状的妇女中阴道炎的总患病率为53.38%。结论:藏区已婚育龄妇女缺乏良好的生殖卫生行为,就医意识淡漠,阴道炎的患病率高,应加强健康教育和定期体检,提高育龄妇女的生殖健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the symptoms and the status of reproductive tract infection(RTI) among married childbearing age women,provide a basis for effective intervention measures.Methods:A questionnaire survey and clinic examination were conducted among married childbearing age women by stratified cluster sampling technique.Results:75.27% of the investigated women were symptomatic, only 39.71% of symptomatic women sought treatment. Among the asymptomatic women,the general morbidity of colpitis was 53.38%.Conclusion:Among married childbearing age women,good behavior of reproductive health is lack,the consciousness on seeking health care is low, the morbidity of colpitis is high.Reproductive health education and regular physical checkups ought to be enhanced to improve the level of reproductive health.更多还原
