【摘要】 目的:了解深圳市龙岗区2003～2006年医疗机构妇产科资源发展状况,为政府合理配置卫生资源提供科学依据。方法:利用常规报表和制定的调查表格收集数据,用FoxBASE和微软Excel2003进行数据整理及分析。结果:2003～2006年深圳市龙岗区分娩量呈逐年上升趋势;妇产科发展总体呈上升趋势,但资源相对不足,人员结构不合理。结论:政府应进一步加大投入,适当增加妇产科医护人员和床位编制,关心爱护医护人员,不断完善妇产科建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the health resource status of gynecology and obstetrics during 2003～2006 in Longgang district of Shenzhen,provide some advices for government to constitute the strategies of rational arranging health resource of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods:The related data from 2003 to 2006 were collected by the general forms and questionnaire,FoxBASE and Excel 2003 were used to conduct the data’s input and analysis.Results:The number of childbearing increased year after year from 2003 to 2006,and the resource of obstetrics and gynecology developed steadily.Nevertheless the resource was still insufficient relatively,and the structure of personnel was irrational.Conclusion:According to the increasing economy,the government should increase the number of beds and personnel for hospital by enhancing investment.更多还原
