轮胎充气压力对车轮应力分布影响的数值模拟
Numerical simulation on influence of tire pressure to stress distribution in wheel
【摘要】 为了实现在设计阶段能正确预测车轮力学性能的目的,通过有限元分析方法,分别采用动态响应和静态分析方法对冲击试验下车轮的应力分布进行分析,确定对冲击试验进行静态分析的合理动载荷系数;利用静态有限元分析方法,分别对车轮在充气压力、冲击载荷、径向载荷、充气压力加冲击载荷、充气压力加径向载荷作用下的应力分布逐一进行分析,着重研究轮胎充气压力对车轮应力分布和最大应力的影响.研究结果表明,冲击试验分析模型可以不考虑充气压力,但径向载荷试验分析模型必须考虑充气压力,这为下一步深入研究冲击试验和径向载荷试验有限元分析模型做了准备.
【Abstract】 To predict the mechanical performance of wheel during the designing period,a motorcycle aluminum alloy wheel was analyzed using the finite element analysis(FEA) method.The stress distribution in the wheel structure under impact test was analyzed through response analysis and static analysis.A reasonable dynamic load coefficient was obtained.Then using static finite element analysis method,the stress distribution in the wheel under tire pressure,impact load,radial load,tire pressure plus impact load and tire pressure plus radial load was analyzed one by one.The influence of the tire pressure to the stress distribution in the wheel and the maximum stress in the wheel was studied.Conclusion was made that the tire pressure can be neglected in the impact test analysis,but it can not be neglected in the radial load test analysis.These results provided preparation for in-depth study on the impact test FEA model and the radial load test FEA model.
