离合器接合过程中抖动及其影响因素的分析

【摘要】 为研究离合器在结合过程中的抖动及其影响因素,建立了4自由度传动系统动力学模型.在此基础上分析了离合器自激振动产生的机理,以及摩擦系数变化情况下的离合器接合过程的稳定性.通过对某型车辆换档中离合器接合过程的数值仿真,讨论了各种因素对离合器接合抖动的影响.结果表明,摩擦系数负的变化率和正压力波动会引起和加剧离合器的抖动,通过提高静摩擦系数以及适当提高阻尼系数和传动轴刚度等可以有效降低接合抖动的程度,这为离合器的改进设计和优化控制提供了有益参考.

【Abstract】 To study the clutch engagment judder and its influence factors,a four-degree-of-freedom(4-DOF) powertrain dynamic model was established.The analysis was performed on the mechanism of self-excited vibrations and the stability under the variation in the friction coefficient during clutch engagement.With the numerical simulations for the shifting process in a vehicle,the effects of many kinds of influence factors on clutch judder were discussed.The result showed that the negative slope of friction coefficient and oscillation of clamp pressure would cause or aggravate the clutch judder,and the judder could be reduced effectively by increasing the static coefficient of friction component,the damping ratio and the stiffness of transmission shaft,which could benefit the design and control of clutches.
