精细静脉脉象检测新方法及其传感器设计
New method for detecting pulse-condition of vein accurately and its laser transducer design
【摘要】 在介绍现有脉象测试方法的基础上,分析了接触式脉象检测的弊端,强调了针对右心系统的脉象检测和研究的重要性.为减小传感器对脉象的干扰并提高检测的精度,提出了一种采用激光进行非接触精细检测的新方法,尤其是针对右心系统首次选择以右中心静脉处的右三脉球(右颈内静脉、右颈外静脉和右锁骨下静脉汇合形成的膨大球囊状管)作为最理想的静脉信号激光采样点.给出了该方法的详细设计并针对该检测装置进行数学计算和信号分析,以及所检测的脉象特征点的病理生理意义.所设计的实验装置解决了现有接触式装置存在的脉象干扰、安置麻烦、卫生性差以及不适用破损体表等检测缺陷,实验结果表明,该方法用于脉象检测较现有压电接触式检测具有更高的灵敏度、舒适性和多维性.
【Abstract】 The shortcoming of contact pulse-condition detections was analyzed based on an introduction of existing pulse-condition measurements.The importance of detecting and researching the right system of heart was emphasized.A new method was given for detecting pulse-condition accurately with laser in order to reduce the influence of sensor on pulse-condition and improve the precision in detection.The tri-pulse-ball(where the right internal jugular vein,the right external jugular vein and the right subclavian vein converge at a saccate ball located in the right central venous) was especially chosen as the optimal sampling point of vein pulse signal.Then a particular design for the method was presented including the mathematical calculation and signal analysis.The pathology or physiology significance of the detected pulse-condition feature points was given.The designed experiment device solved the problems of touched device such as pulse-condition interference,installing discommodity,insanitariness and unsuitability to injured skin.Experimental results indicate that the method has higher delicacy,more comfort and multidimensionality than the existing piezoelectric contact detecting methods.
