基于能量调节的电液变转速系统ARM控制器设计

【摘要】 为更好地实现对基于能量调节的电液变转速系统的控制,提高其实用性,设计了专用ARM(advancedRISC machines)控制器.从系统的整体能量调节出发,根据能量的供需关系,设计了基于PID的复合控制算法,实现对变频器、比例方向阀、比例节流阀的控制.此控制器具有液晶显示屏,可以通过键盘设置系统控制参数,并实现运行状态的即时显示;还具有与上位机的串行通信接口,能够实现即时监控.进行了节流控制系统、变转速控制系统、节流及变转速复合控制系统以及本系统的方波实验.基于能量调节的变转速实验获得了高响应速度和很好的节能效果.

【Abstract】 A special controller based on ARM(advanced RISC machines) was designed to effectively control the energy regulation based variable-speed electro-hydraulic system and improve its application characteristic.In the view of energy regulation and based on the energy supply-demand relationship,a PID based compound control strategy was designed to control the inverter,the proportional directional valve and the proportional throttle valve.The system control parameters are set by the keyboard and the operation state of the system can be real-time displayed on the LCD installed in the controller.And the controller provides the serial communication interface between the controller and the upper-end computer for real-time monitor.The rectangle experiments of valve control system,variable-speed control system,valve & variable-speed compound control system,and energy regulation based variable-speed control system were accomplished.The experimental results show that the controller can work effectively,and the designed system can obtain fast response and good energy-saving effect.
