【摘要】 目的观察HAG方案治疗老年人急性非淋巴细胞白血病(AML)的疗效。方法采用HAG方案治疗老年人AML15例。结果CR8例(53%),PR5例,NR2例,总有效率86.7%(13/15)。11例出现Ⅲ～Ⅳ度血液学毒性。结论HAG方案治疗老年人AML总体疗效较为满意,且毒副作用可以耐受,于老年人AML是一个较好的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of HAG regimen on elderly acute non-lymphocytic leukemia. Methods 15 patients were treated with HAG regimen. Results 8 patients(53.0%)CR,5 patients(33.7%)PR,2 patients(13.3%)NR 11 patients occurred grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ hematologic toxicity. Conclusion The outcome of HAG regimen in the treatment on elderly acute non-lymphocytic leukemia was promising,and the adverse effects were acceptable,it is an ideal regimen for elderly acute non-lymphocytic leukemia.更多还原
