【摘要】 目的研究IL-10及MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌中的表达,探讨其与NSCLC的浸润、转移和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测60例非小细胞肺癌及20例肺良性病变组织中IL-10及MMP-9的表达水平;运用单因素(log-rank)生存分析比较IL-10及MMP-9与各临床特征及预后之间的关系。结果IL-10及MMP-9在NSCLC中的阳性表达率显著高于肺良性病变组织(P<0.05),IL-10及MMP-9表达具有负相关性,同时IL-10低表达组的生存时间要低于高表达组,MMP-9低表达组的生存时间则显著高于高表达组(P<0.05),IL-10高表达、MMP-9低表达可能对NSCLC的预后产生影响。结论IL-10及MMP-9在NSCLC中的表达状态是NSCLC的影响因素,二者的表达具有相关性,IL-10可能通过抑制MMP-9的表达,抑制肿瘤细胞的转移。因此,监测IL-10及MMP-9的表达对评估NSCLC患者的预后具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of IL-10 and MMP-9 in human non-small cell lung canncer(NSCLC)and investigate the correlation of the expression with the invasion,metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC. Methods The expression levels of IL-10 and MMP-9 were detected in 60 NSCLC specimens and 20 cases of benign pulmonary lesions by using immunohistochemistry. We compared the relationship of clinical features and prognosis with IL-10 and MMP-9 by using single-factor(Log-rank) survival analysis. Results The positive rate of IL-10 and MMP-9 expression was significantly increased in NSCLC than that in benign pulmonary lesions(P< 0.05). The IL-10 expression was negatively correlated with the MMP-9 expression,the survival time of the IL-10 low expression group was less than that of its high-expression group,and the survival time of the MMP-9 low expression group was longer than that of its high-expression group (P<0.05). The high expression of IL-10 and the low expression of MMP-9 might have an impact on the prognosis of NSCLC. Conclusion The expression of IL-10 and MMP-9 has an impact on NSCLC,and the expression of the two is relevant. IL-10 may inhibit metastasis of tumor cells by inhibiting the expression of MMP-9. Therefore,monitoring the expression of IL-10 and MMP-9 may play an important role in tne assessment of the prognosis of NSCLC patients.更多还原
