【摘要】 目的分析、探讨带血管神经蒂的顺行和逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床效果。方法2001年10月～2007年5月应用带指固有神经的指动脉顺行和逆行岛状皮瓣治疗30例35指指端缺损。结果皮瓣全部成活,术后经1～26个月随访,外形满意,效果良好。结论带指固有神经的指动脉顺行和逆行岛状皮瓣是一种修复指端缺损的可行方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze clinical effects of the digital artery island skin flap for fingertip defects.Methods From 2001 to 2007,35 fingertip defects(30 cases)were repaired with the digital island skin flaps with neurovascular pedicle.Results All flaps survived.Following up of 1 to 26 months showed satisfactory results functionally and cosmetically.Conclusion The anterograde and retrograde island flap with neurovascular pedicle is a safe and effective procedure and it is a feasible choice for repair of fingertip defects.更多还原
