【摘要】 目的分析过期流产相关原因,提高优生优育质量,减少育龄妇女身心痛苦。方法通过对在我院就诊的128例稽留流产患者的回顾性分析,详细地了解其发生原因、结局。结果内分泌异常38例,占29.68%;支原体阳性30例,既往有感染者12例,占23.44%。结论过期流产发生可能与孕激素水平及子宫敏感性有关,大力提倡孕前检查、加强优生优育知识的宣教,对减少过期流产的发生以及育龄妇女的身心痛苦具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the relative cause of missed abortion to raise the quality of birth and ease the suffering of women of childbearing age. Methods The 128 cases with missed abortion were reviewed and analyzed and completely understand it’s cause and final resaut. Results 38 cases(29.68%) were endocrinopathy;30 with positive reaction to mycoplasma,12 cases(23.44%) affected in the past. Conclusion Missed abortion is possibly relative to level of pregnant hormone uterus’s sensitivity.To reduce the rate of missed abortion and ease the suffering of women of childbearing gage is important for medical examination befor pregnancy and makingknown the knowledge of pregnancy.更多还原
