【摘要】 目的比较腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术(Laparoscopic assited vaginal hysterectomy,LAVH)与阴式子宫切除术(Transvaginal hysterectomy,TVH)在非脱垂子宫切除术中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析76例LAVH和57例TVH病例的临床资料。结果LAVH组手术成功率、适应证、并发症发生率均显著优于TVH组,而TVH组手术时间短、费用低。结论LAVH显著扩大了经阴道子宫切除术的适应证,使部分需经腹子宫切除术的患者避免了开腹手术;但TVH费用低,值得在基层医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects between Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH) and Transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH) on no-prolapsed uterus. Methods Clinical materials of 76 patients who had been LAVH were analyzed with retrospective methods,and compared clinical material with 57 cases of TVH. Results The rate of operative success,the occurrence rate of complications and indications were better in group LAVH than that of TVH. The operation time and medical costs were significantly longer and higer in group LAVH than that of TVH. Conclusion LAVH may replace transabdamial hysterectomy in large part of patients who require a hysterectomy and have contraindications to vaginal hysterectomy. TVH is superior to the LAVH in the medical costs,and it is recommend to be used widely in community hospital.更多还原
