【摘要】 目的探讨锐器致胸腹联合伤的诊治规律,以积累经验,服务临床工作。方法收集我院诊治的35例锐器所致胸腹联合伤患者,分析其临床诊断及治疗。结果本组35例患者,治愈32例,治愈率91.43%,死亡3例。死亡原因:失血性休克、多器官功能衰竭及急性呼吸窘迫综合征。结论锐器所致胸腹联合伤病情严重,早期诊治至关重要,有效地处理失血性休克是提高治愈率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with thoraco-abdominal injury by sharp instrument,for accumulating clinical experience and improving their treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis were performed on 35 patients with thoraco-abdominal injury.We analyzed their diagnosis and treatment.Results 32 patients were improved after aborative treatment.The total improvement rate was 91.43%.But 3 cases died because of hemorrhagic shock,multiple organ failure and ARDS.Conclusion Thoraco-abdominal injury are severe illness by sharp instrument.Early diagnosis and treatment will be helpful to improving their prediction,especially by antishock therapy.更多还原
