【摘要】 目的探讨慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗经验,提高对慢性硬膜下血肿尤其是高龄病人慢性脑硬膜下血肿患者的治愈率。方法回顾性分析我院收治的50例70岁以上慢性脑硬膜下血肿患者的诊疗资料。结果50例中均采用颅钻孔外引流术,死亡2例,其余均痊愈出院,疗效满意。术后出现并发症10例,其中颅内积气8例,颅内血肿4例,术后癫痫1例。结论在颅骨钻孔引流术中,全面评估患者自身状态,引流速度,止血方法等能有效的降低术后临床并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the medical expertise of chronic subdural hematoma,in order to improve the recovery rate of chronic subdural hematoma,especially for those senile patients.Methods Retrospectively analysing our diagnosis and treating data of 50 chronic subdural hematoma patients who were over 70 years old.Results Drainage through a skull burr hole were used in all the 50 cases,except for 2 dead ones,all of the other patients were healed and the curative effect was satisfactory.10 patients had complications after the surgery,8 of them were intracranial pneumatocele,4 were intracranial hematoma,and 1 postoperative falling sickness.Conclusion During the surgery,evaluating the condition of the patient,the speed of drainage,stanching method can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complication.更多还原
