【摘要】 目的探讨孕期体重异常增加对妊娠结局的影响。方法筛选361例孕妇根据体重指数分为两组,探讨孕期体重异常增加对妊娠结局影响。结果妊娠期体重异常增加组(观察组)子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病、糖耐量受损、巨大儿、剖宫产、阴道助产和新生儿窒息的发生率明显高于对照组。结论孕期体重异常增加会导致孕妇及新生儿的患病率增加,控制适当体重将有利于母婴的结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of abnormal increase weight during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome.Methods 361 cases were divided into two groups by body wight index.The influence of abnormal increase weight during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome were investigated.Results The incidence rate of preeclampsia study,gestational diabetes mellitus,giant fetuses,cesarean Section,vagina surgical delivery and neonatal asphyxiation of observed group were higher than the control group.Conclusion The prevalence rate of pregnant women and newborns can be increased if the pregnant women abnormal increase weight during pregnancy,control the weight will be favorable to pregnancy outcome.更多还原
