【摘要】 目的探讨皮瓣下双管负压引流及加压包扎法对预防乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液的临床效果。方法将103例乳腺癌患者按1∶1随机抽签法分为两组,研究组52例应用皮瓣下双管负压引流及加压包扎法,分别在腋下及锁骨下窝置引流管各1条,接负压球持续负压吸引,再用弹力绷带加压包扎;对照组51例采用传统引流法,腋窝置引流胶管一条,接负压球持续负压吸引。结果研究组发生皮瓣下积液7例,积液发生率为13.46%﹙7/52﹚;对照组发生皮瓣下积液18例,积液发生率为35.29%(18/51),其中有2例同时伴有2处积液。两组患者发生皮瓣下积液例数经统计学处理P<0.05。结论皮瓣下双管负压引流及加压包扎法可有效降低乳癌根治术后皮下积液的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of double drainage with negative pressure and elastic bandage to prevent subcutaneous hydrops after operation for breast cancer.Methods Clinical data of 103 patients,who underwent radical or modified mastectomy.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.In experimental group,52 patients received two tubular drainage set individually in subcostalis and subaxillaris with negative pressure and bound with elastic bandage.In control group,51 patients received one tubular drainage set in subaxillaris with negative pressure and bound with traditional bandage.Rusults 7 cases(13.46%)occurred hypodermic hydrops in the experimental group,18 cases(35.29%)occurred hypodermic hydrops and 2 cases occurred two hypodermic hydrops in the control group.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of two tubular drainage set individually combining bound with elastic bandage is of much effective and helpful for reducing the postoperative hypodermic hydrops after mastectomy.更多还原
