【摘要】 目的探讨卡培他滨单药治疗老年性乳腺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法对31例老年性乳腺癌患者接受卡培他滨单药化疗。卡培他滨第一个周期1.5g/m2,d1～d3;2.0g/m2,d4～d14;第二～第六个周期2.0g/m2,d1～d14。结果31例患者,有效率为67.7%(21/31),临床获益率为93.5%(29/31);主要不良反应为手足综合征、白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、口腔炎、腹泻、肝功能损害等。结论对老年性乳腺癌,卡培他滨单药治疗是比较好的化疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the response and the adverse effects of adjuvant therapy with capecitabine for old women with breast cancer.Methods The old women with breast cancer were treated with 1.5g/m2 of capecitabine dl～d3 and 2.0g/m2 of capecitabine d4～d14.The treatment was repeated every 21 days.Results The response rate was 67.7% and the benefit rate was 93.5%.The main adverse effects included hand-foot syndrome,leucopenia,nausea and stomatitis,diarrhoea and hepatic function lesion.Conclusion The investigate indicates cure of capecitabine to the old women with breast cancer is finer project.更多还原
