【摘要】 目的了解门诊医师对男性尿频患者的诊断情况。方法对332例以尿频为突出症状的男性患者就诊的病史、体查、检查及诊断结果进行调查,分析诊断中各组数据情况。结果小儿组中无检查比最高,成人组中无体查比最高,不能确定诊断数多,且两组中误诊率高,老年组中漏诊率高。结论男性尿频患者诊断中不重视病史、体查和检查,误诊漏诊率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study diagnosis of frequent urination of men outpatients.Methods To investigate case,examination,physics and diagnosis results of 332 men outpatients occurred in obvious frequent urination,and to analyze every date of diagnosis.Results The rate of no examination and the rate of no physics are the highest in children cases and adults cases,and no confirmed diagnosis is more and misdi-agnosis rate of them is high.The missed diagnosis rate is high in old men cases.Conclusion Negligence of case,examination,physics occurred in the diagnosis of men outpatients and misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis is very high.更多还原
