【摘要】 目的观察爱维治对鼻咽癌急性放射性口咽粘膜损伤的预防作用。方法57例接受放疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予常规口腔护理,同时全疗程静滴爱维治;对照组予常规口腔护理,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级粘膜反应者,口腔护理同时静脉激素类药物及抗生素治疗,必要时静脉营养支持治疗。根据RGOT急性放射性粘膜损伤分级标准进行临床评价,观察急性放射性口咽粘膜损伤出现时间、程度。结果两组病例急性放射性口咽粘膜损伤发生时间有显著差异(P<0.05);两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ级粘膜损伤的例数与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级粘膜损伤的例数比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论爱维治能有效推迟鼻咽癌急性放射性粘膜损伤的发生时间,降低Ⅲ、Ⅳ级急性放射性粘膜损伤的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the prevention effect of actovegin in acute irradiation oropharyngeal mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Fifty-seven patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomized into treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group received concurrently intravenous infusion of actovegin and regular oral nursing during irradiation course.Patients in the control group received daily regular oral nursing;Moreover,intravenous infusion of drug hormones and antibiotics,and even intravenous nutritional support for patients in grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ mucosal response.Oropharyngeal mucositis was evaluated according to the protocol proposed by RTOG.The occurring time and grade of acute irradiation oropharyngeal mucositis were observed.Results Comparing with the occurring time and the grade of acute irradiation mucositis between the two groups,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion Actovegin can postpone the development ofirradiation oropharyngeal mucositis and decrease the incidence of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ mucositis.更多还原
