【摘要】 目的探讨在妇科疑难手术中行输尿管插管,可以有效预防输尿管损伤的可行性。方法麻醉后在膀胱镜直视下先行输尿管插管,再实施妇科手术,术后拔出输尿管导管,留置尿管。结果43例手术均顺利完成,未发生输尿管损伤,术中出血减少,明显缩短手术时间。结论在妇科疑难手术中行输尿管插管,可以有效防止输尿管损伤,使手术顺利完成,无并发症及后遗症,安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of ureteral catheler in difficult operation of department of gynecology.Methods With ureteral catheter guidedby cistoscope,gynecological operation was underwent.The ureteral catheter was extubated after operation and ureteral catheter was remained.Results The operations in 43 cases was completed successfully.there were no utereral injuries and there was shorten operation time and less bleeding.Conclusion Utereral catheter is feasible and effective in preventing from uerteral injuries during gynecological difficult operation.The technique is easy and safe without complications and sequelae.更多还原
