【摘要】 目的报告1例以癫痫发作为首发症状的糖尿病酮症酸中毒病例,扩展临床诊断与治疗思路。方法根据生化、影像等及时确诊,给予抗癫痫、降糖、纠正酮症酸中毒等治疗后症状好转。结果取得理想疗效。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒可以癫痫发作为首发症状,单纯抗癫痫治疗效果不佳,需要及时合并降糖、纠正酮症酸中毒,才能控制癫痫发作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A case of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)was reported that the primal symptom was epileptic seizure.Methods The patient was promptly diagnosed according to the results of the blood biochemistry and the brain MRI image.The continual epileptic seizure was controlled after anti-epileptic,controlling the blood glucose and rectification of ketoacidosis.Results The therapeutic effect was pretty good.Conclusion The epileptic seizure could be one of the primal symptoms of DKA.When the anti-epileptic was inefficient to epileptic seizure of DKA,it was necessary to control the blood glucose and rectify ketoacidosis.更多还原
