【摘要】 目的检测血库血的血铅含量,探讨工业城市地中海贫血(简称地贫)患儿输注血库血的铅暴露危险性。方法对2007年1月～2008年7月用于定期到本院儿科接受输血治疗地贫患儿输注的355袋血库血进行血铅检测。结果355袋血库血的血铅平均水平为(92.4±36.2)μg/L,血铅浓度≥100μg/L占32.4%(115/355),血铅水平最高值为451.4μg/L,达到Ⅳ级水平。结论血库血铅污染严重,地中海贫血患儿输血存在血源性铅暴露的危险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the dangers of lead exposure from which the Children with thalassemia in industrial city use blood from the blood bank for transfusion by testing the Serum Level of lead.Methods To test the Serum Level of lead in 355 bags of blood in blood bank which the Mediterranean anemia in children with transfusion from 2007-1 to 2008-7 in our hospital.Results the Serum average level of lead in 355 bags of blood from blood banks is(92.4±36.2)μg/L,the Percentage of the Serum Level of lead beyond 100μg/L is 32.4%(115/355),the Serum highest Level of lead is 451.4μg/L and has been achieved Ⅳ grade.Conclusion The blood in blood banks is polluted seriously by lead and there is the risk of lead exposure when Children with thalassemia with transfusion therapy.更多还原
