【摘要】 目的建立CIK细胞悬液细菌内毒素的检查方法。方法根据2005年版《中国药典》二部附录XIE细菌内毒素检查方法进行试验。结果CIK细胞悬液稀释8倍后对细菌内毒素检查无干扰,其细菌内毒素限值符合规定。结论CIK细胞悬液可用细菌内毒素检查法控制内毒素限量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of bacterial endotoxin test for cytokine induced killer(CIK)cells suspension.Methods The experiment was conducted according to the bacterial endotoxin test in the appendix XIE of Chinese Pharmacopeia(second part,2005 Edition).Results The CIK cells suspension did not interfere with the bacterial endotoxin test in 8 diluted concentration and it’s bacterial endotoxin limit accorded with regulation.Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin test can be used for control the limit of bacterial endotoxin of CIK cells suspension.更多还原
