【摘要】 目的探讨保守治疗乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿的疗效。方法对37例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者进行抗炎、患肢抬高、按摩和弹力保护等治疗。结果治疗后患者上肢淋巴水肿均有消退,在中早期患者消退显著,重度水肿患者疗效略差。结论保守治疗乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿疗效确定,方法简单易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of breast cancer after radical conservative upper extremity lymphedema treatment.Methods 37 cases of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer patients were taken measwres,such as anti-inflammatory,massage and elastic protection.Results The limb,massage therapy and elastic protection.The results after treatment in patients with upper extremity lymphedema have faded in the early subsided significantly in patients with moderate or severe edema in patients with less effect.Conclusion conservative treatment of lymphedema in breast cancer patients such characteristics as definite efficacy and simplicity.更多还原
