【摘要】 目的分析我院2005～2007年门诊抗抑郁药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用销售数量及金额排序及限定日剂量的分析方法,对我院2005～2007年抗抑郁药的使用进行统计和分析。结果门诊抗抑郁药的使用量呈逐年上升趋势,2006年和2007年门诊抗抑郁药的销售金额比2005年分别增长了317.13%和358.14%。结论抑郁症发病率有逐年上升的趋势,选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂在门诊治疗抑郁症中起着举足轻重的作用。同时经典抗抑郁药由于疗效确切、价格低廉,使用中仍占用一定的地位。临床医师药师应加强用药监测,促进合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the use of antidepressant drugs in the outpatients of our hospital so as to provide reference for the clinical rational administration of drugs.Methods The antidepressant drugs in our hospital during 2005~2007 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of drug consumption quantity,consumption sum,DDDs etc.Results The amount of antidepressants used in outpatient of our hospital was rising year by year,comparing with 2005,the cost of antidepressants increased by 317.13% in 2006 and 358.14% in 2007.Conclusion The incidence of the depressive disorder has an increasing tendency,selective 5-HT retake drugs play an important role on depression therapy in the outpatient of our hospital,and classical antidepressant drugs still occupy a certain place for its exact curative effects and low price.Clinicians should strengthen medication monitoring to promote rational drug administration.更多还原
